Delicious Drinks and Dishes of 2011

The Addiction vegan dessert, made with almond butter, agave nectar, organic brown rice cereal (for crunch), powdered soy and coconut oil. These were creamy, crunchy, and everything nice.

Pumpkin soup (using Green Cay produce) with orange zest and chili peppers. The zest gave it a fresh, lively taste.

Mushroom crostini with Gorgonzola cheese (from Whole Foods Market). What can I say, mushrooms and cheese on crunchy bread, yum.
